Catarina Pestana is a designer and plastic artist, and is represented in many private collections, including that of Commander Joe Berardo, mentor of the largest Portuguese museum of Modern and Contemporary Art. She was born in Portugal and completed the course in Drawing and Painting at the National Society of Fine Arts. She then attended the School of Fine Arts of Lisbon and graduated in Communication Design from the Chelsea College of Art and Design, London. In England she collaborated with the renowned designer Peter Saville, among others.
