governed under the terms and conditions here defined, which the Customer agrees
to comply with.

2. Prices and
products
The prices in the catalogue of the www.b2b.vistaalegre.com
site are in Euros and exclude VAT at the legal rate in force at the time of
purchase.
The prices and product specifications contained on this site
may be changed by Vista Alegre without prior notice.
3. Placing an order
The possibility of placing orders through the online store
on the b2b.vistaalegre.com site is restricted to orders whose billing and
delivery addresses are in Portugal.
Orders for delivery to PO Boxes will not be accepted.
The products shown in the online catalogue are limited to
existing stock. In the event any item is unavailable, Vista Alegre will inform
the Customer as soon as possible.
For some products, which are duly identified, the order may
be limited to a certain number of pieces.
4. Delivery of the
order and shipping costs
All orders confirmed by Vista Alegre will be delivered to
the address specified by the Customer for delivery while placing the order.
In case an item is out-of-stock, the customer will be
contacted by email about the new expected delivery date and he/she will decide
whether to keep or cancel the order.

5. Payment methods
Once you place an order, a VA representative will conduct
the payment process through the payment terms autorized by the company.
6. Cancelling orders
The customer may cancel an order, provided that it has not
yet been processed by Vista Alegre. The cancellation of the order may be
formalized by an email sent to the address b2b.online@vistaalegre.com or using
the form available on the website for said purpose.
The Customer must provide the order number as well as tax
identification number, otherwise the cancellation cannot be processed.
7. Refusal of orders
Vista Alegre reserves the right to refuse an order, in which
case it will inform the customer, given the following cases:
a) Out of stock;
b) Unavailability of the item;
c) If Vista Alegre considers that there has been misconduct
on part of the buyer or if there are inaccuracies in personal data recorded.
8. Returns
The customer may return the product within 14 days of
receipt. Within that same period the customer may file a complaint about any
flaws or inadequate conditions of the product compared to what was ordered,
which shall become Vista Alegre’s responsibility to satisfy.
The complaint should be made using the form provided on the
website or by email sent to the address b2b.online@vistaalegre.com. In the
complaint, the Customer must expressly indicate the reasons for dissatisfaction
as well as make reference to the order number and tax identification number.
The support team of the site b2b.vistaalegre.com, site will
coordinate with the Customer as to how to proceed with the return of the goods,
when justified, in which case Vista Alegre will assume the costs of the return
and of a new shipment.
In situations where the reasons for the return are not
attributable to Vista Alegre, the return will be accepted after checking
whether the pieces returned and their packaging are in good condition, followed
by a refund of the amount paid by the Customer, minus delivery costs (even if
these have been assumed by Vista Alegre) and the cost of return shipping, as
per the values defined in section 4 of this document. Consequently, Vista
Alegre reserves the right not to accept returns of products without prior
notice, as mentioned above, and those which do not meet the same conditions of
conformity as they did on the date of their delivery to the Buyer (namely
products that have undergone any use, transformation, damage and/or are missing
the original packaging/accessories/extras).
9. Limitation of the
liability
We make every effort to ensure that the information
presented is free of typographical errors and whenever they occur, we proceed
with their correction as soon as possible. In the event that information
provided does not match the characteristics of the product, the Customer has
the right to return it in accordance with paragraph 8.
The photographs presented on the site are merely
illustrative. We recommend that you consult product characteristics for
detailed information.
Despite the efforts of Vista Alegre, some products may be
incorrect priced. Therefore we also check prices when processing orders. If the
price of the product is less than the advertised price, we will refund the
difference. If the price is higher, we will inform the customer by email and
await his decision as to whether or not he/she accepts the new price or if
he/she wishes to cancel the order.

11. Registration and
